Following on from his award of the Rayleigh Medal, Professor Jacques Guigne was invited to give the Plenary lecture to open the 1st International Conference on Underwater Acoustics on Corfu Island, Greece. The lecture was entitled “Acoustic Interrogation of Complex Seabeds” and it related primarily to PanGeo Subsea’s Acoustic Corer’s results to date.
